501 high crop diesel

Found a 501 high crop diesel for sale today. It runs but it's in poor shape. Is 5000 a fair price

Is it truly a "High Crop" with 38" or larger rear wheels or is merely a standard "Row Crop" with 28" rear wheels?

Some folks like the offsets and are willing to pay more for them, but unless you really want/need an offset, $5000.00 is a bit high, especially for one in rough shape.

It should have the 144 diesel, Getting harder to get parts for should you need engine work. A set of cultivator will also add to value. I have seen some nice ones go for around that price. Prices have come down on those quite a bit over the last few years.
