working on trying to get my steering cly out from the front of the tractor but the pin wont move that holds it to the frame I heated it red hot no luck any ideals thanks cdv

You might have to drop the front axle out from under it so you can put the nut back on and slug it out with a 12 lb hammer.
Lift the tractor up, remove both center pins, then disconnect the tie rods on the outer end.
Then you can roll the axle away.
