Follow up, due to the good advice I received here,
I hoped it wasnt the pump that caused the missing,
and took the injectors to be rebuilt. When the tips
stick, the compression blows back air with the
return fuel and causes missing. Put in the rebuilt
injectors with new tips and runs like a swiss clock.
Thank you for the advice it probably was not the
pump which could run from $800 to $1200. I think I
like the good old gas engines.
