Ok so I got the gasket kit on Friday, So spent yesterday cleaning out and draining the oil. Today I put it all together and tried it out. 3 point came up as I was cranking it over. Tried it a few times and it would lift me just fine. Drove it out and hooked up a 35 gal barrel of cement the guy wants from me and it lifted it like it was not there. Unloader valve and the relief valve sitting loose is what I think was the problem.
