Bad Ring Gear Part 2

Got all my parts together, got back up here to the tractor and started looking at the new parts.
Not hard to see that the #1 cause of ring gear getting trashed. The teeth on the new bendix are almost twice as wide as what I pulled out.
New ring gear, made the file sing, you could see it was flame hardened unlike it's two predecessors.
Got the new parts off this site, sure made a difference.
Got it all back together and running, life is good again.

OK you gave YT a plug complimenting the parts.
Assume they were Tisco parts.

So tell us who to avoid.
Where did you get the less desirable parts
from in the past?

New parts again came from this site from Quality Tractor Parts.
To many years (about 6) have passed since purchasing the last ring and starter/bendix combination, and since I no longer have the paper work, I'd be hesitant to say, but I'm sure I probably went to the low bidder................not going to do that again.
