Ford 2000 Industrial

I have a Ford 2000 that came from the factory with the forward and reverse shutter shift. Loader and no rock shaft an no three point. It has a pto. I think that the rear wheels are industrial, but the front end is not. I need to replace the front axle pin, so I would like to put a light industrial front end under it. If any one on this forum have one for sale,or no where one is please let me no.

Your looking for a 3400 front axle.. but it had heavier power steering cyls, and other parts as well.

You will also need the radius rods for the light ind axle.

I'm not sure which 2000 you have but am thinking it is a 4 cylinder model.
I know where there's an industrial front axle for a 4 cylinder tractor.
Has the front bolster and special radius rods.
In Minnesota, north of the Twin Cities.
Call Rod at Forest Lake Tractor.
Nice fellow, I have traded with him many times.

They made light industrial models in both the 4 cylinder 2000 and 4000 series (2030 and 4030 were the '61-'62 models and 2130 and 4130 were the '63-'64 models), but only the 4 cylinder 4000 (and 1801 before it) was made as a heavy industrial (4040/4130). The front axles between the light industrials (2030, 2130, 4030 and 4130) were all the same, and you should be able to swap a light industrial front end onto any '55-'64 4 cylinder tractor as long as you get the axle support (bolster), radius rods and tie rods along with the axle itself, as they are all unique to the light industrial front end and I don't believe the the radius rods and tie rods from an ag chassis model will work with the light industrial front axle as the light industrial front axle doesn't sweep back like the ag chassis front axle does and the radius rods and tie rods would be too short.

Sorry, yes it is a 64 model four cylinder. I am in Alabama, so the
shipping will be high.Thanks for the information, I will call him and
see what he will take for all that. I hope my power steering cylinders
will work on that.
