Which New/Rebuilt Carb for Ford 640 with 134 Red Tiger

Hi, I tried replacing the original Marvel carb which had become very rusty inside from ethanol with a Zenith. The Zenith did't fit with the sediment bowl so it required an extension off the back, then it always let fuel gush out the intake no matter how I adjusted it or rebuilt it. Did I get a lemon?

Anyways I'm looking at other options for a new carburetor, I see the generic dark grey one everywhere but I haven't found much info on how good it is. For the same price I could do a core return on a rebuilt original but I'd rather not have something that was worn out from rust wear, etc. and just cosmetically restored. Or if you think there is a Zenith model which actually performs like its advertised I would be happy to do that. I'm looking for something that will be reliable and if possible built to withstand ethanol, as well fit with the stock fuel bowl and other standard parts.

Thanks.

Last I knew nnalert sells rebuilt carbs for that machine 800 is toll free828 the next then 3276

Thanks, I think finding a carb shouldn't be a
problem, its deciding which is the best option. I
also forgot to expand on the rebuilt carb option.

I have an electrolysis tank which is great for
removing all the rust out of every nook and
cranny. However I am concerned about about the
same problem with rebuilt carbs if the tolerances
are now too loose from wear and removing rust.

I rebuild the MS carbs, not a fan of the Zeniths.
The aftermarket ones work Ok, at least when new.
If you want to get yours rebuilt, let me know.
Email is open if you want to discuss it.
Might also be interested in your old one.
If you buy a new one that is.
