Hey guys, my 641 has been running on a Zenith 13878 carb for quite a while, and has always ran pretty good. I still have the Marvel TSX-765 that came on the tractor, but it needs a rebuild.
The other day I was baling hay, and I must have sucked something into the carb, because it started flooding, and when I pulled the breather hose, it poured gas out onto the ground. Well, I swapped to the MS carb and finished baling. Over the weekend, I took the Zenith apart, cleaned the needle and seat, and put it back together. When I put it back on the tractor, it won't accelerate properly, and when you first start it. It puffs white smoke.
I know black smoke is too rich mix, and blue smoke is burning oil, is white too lean? If so, does the Zenith adjust the same as the Marvel?
