I posted a week or so back I was giving up my my troublesome 661.I was really at my wits end no matter what i did she would smoke and miss and then wouldn't start! well after researching this site I found a coupla tricks I hadn't tried.Chanded the gasket under the dust cover on the dizzy,That seemed to cure the no start issue but the smoke remained. took the valve cover beather off it was really pluged w/oil and dirt.minimum reducedution in the Smoke department.Saw a post about someones 641 that acted the same way.They said that the oil return lines were pluged between the head and the crank case.Thought this might be it.Tractor Guru buddy came byand said put a half a bottle of marvel oil in the crank case set the throttle half way And Let the Ba$t*&d run till she quits smoking or fouls the plugs.Off we went killing every skeeter in northern Oregon.in 20 minutes the smoke started to back oof in30 it was gone. Tractor is running really good now > I think i should probably change the oil after breaking the crud loose,Thanks for induring my long post
