1964 Ford 4000 Diesel

I recently picked up this tractor for a deal, I thought. Now I'm not so sure. It finally quit running on me and after some troubleshooting and Googling I found the problem. My injection pump caught a case of water injestion, rust, and the throttle ring disintegrated.
I need parts for a rebuild or maybe even a rebuildable core (depend on extent of rust damage) (I doo have some score marks inside the main bore of the pump). So far I have had no luck.
Any leads out there that can help me?

Try a pump shop. specifically one that services Stanadyne, formerly Roosa Master. They'll have a seal kit for less than 50 bucks which will include the governor ring. If your pump just needs cleaned and resealed this ought to do it. It won't fix a worn out pump, however.
