Howdy guys (and gals),
I received an email today requesting data plate information from the injection pump on my 3600. The problem is that my 3600 has a 201 engine, and I doubt that this same info will apply to a 175 engine? Here is what the man requested:
"My fuel injection pump was leaking through the throttle arm and I was attempting to put in new seals but when I took the top off, the governor spring fell out before I could see where it goes. The pump must have been replaced in the past because there are no settings code listed on the tag on the pump. That code provides the setting for the spring. Could you please look at the tag on your pump and give me the setting code you have?
Not sure if all 3600"s are the same but it should give me a starting point. Otherwise there are 9 different combinations I will have to try."
Any help would be appreciated.
