Had to tell myself don,t be afraid turn that wheel
in LOL. I took a big channel lock and rocked it back
and forth with quite a bit of effort, got it to about
1/4 inch away and i could feel that was about
it.Crossed my fingers and now have up and down
pressure. Im a happy man. Thanks to all who tried to
help.Have a great day!!! Don

Glad to help. I just looked at the service manual and also at the valve on my 2000, and there is a 1/8" diameter roll pin driven into the casting that engages in one of the slots on the float spool. My valve casting has a small flat spot for it - can't see in your pictures if you have that or not. That pin is probably still caught in there and causing the spool to bind.

I think I'd leave well enough alone until you can take the valve back off and be sure that all of the pieces of the pin come back out. Wouldn't want to get a piece down inside the valve.
