1710 leaking fluid , coming out by shifter boot ??

1710 leaking fluid , coming up by the right shifter boot ??
I figure the whole plate will need to be removed. So what part will I need to repair this ?
I also need to replace both shifter boots. are both the same part # ?

diagram doesn"t show anything that would keep oil from coming up around gear stick, unless I missed something.
would the boot itself serve as a seal ??
or is there a seal underneath the plate ?

have you checked the fill level?

First thing I'd check is the oil level. Usually when they start puking oil out the top it's because they're full to the lid with water.
