I purchsed a 860 with a zenith carb. Where can I source a kit and hard parts? this site doesn't list it.

external link sells them, but their site is kind of hard to navigate. If you haven't found anything yet, go to their website's contact page and call them with the carb number.

If you're lucky, the tag is still on it. The tag will have the Zenith number, and if the carb was installed at the factory, the tag will also have a Ford part number. Without a tag, we're all flyin' blind.

If you have the number of the carb,
searching ebay with the 'search description' option checked,
and the carb number, zenith, carburetor, kit,
in the search will get you some hits.
Scroll down in the description and look for your carb in the 'fits'

You don't have to buy it there, it's just a way to get the proper rebuild kits 'number'

When you can't id the carb,
take the bowl gasket, or the whole bowl if the gasket is shot
to a local friendly parts house.
Match the shape to a gasket in their various kits, and hope for the best......
