Hello all--looking for help on transmission shifting. it is 4-speed gearshift with electric fwd/rev shuttle. my problem is after starting in neutral, its hard to shift the trans stick into a gear. the stick moves freely into any gear until engine runs. I have best results with shifting shuttle into reverse, than depressing/releasing foot disconnect, try for highest gear. Seems like something 'loads up' in gearset while running. slightly better when hot, not much. thanks---
