3930 wiring trouble...???

Does anyone have a good wiring diagram for a 3930 Ford?
Someone replaced the clutch before I bought it and said they
hooked up some of the wiring wrong and nothing but the
starter works now . No gauges or charging works and they
even changed some of the wires on the switch aroun so I'm
not even sure if there all right now. So if anyone can help or
has a diagram for it I'd would be very thankful . Thanks if
anyone can help...!!!!

The wiring diagram, in all it's glory... is in the Ford series 10/30 service manual. It's not scanner/printer friendly. I find the best thing with ignition switch is to get a decent multimeter and check and see what wires go where and what positions on the switch perform what... and go from there. I use the audible continuity tester on my meter to check for connections assuming the circuit is not live.
IIRC, there isn't too much to muff up on a 30 series harness unless it's been completely torn apart. It's got major bulkhead connectors for everything so it shouldn't have been complicated to take apart and reinstall...
Most times a dealer will loan/rent you those books if they still have them, provided they know you a little bit...

From the way everything looks they unplugged everything from the engine and didn't take the connectors loose. That's how they hooked something up to the starter that didn't belong and burnt some of it up. I've got most of it working now but still have a charging proublem . I'm not getting any juice at the altinator so got to trace it down and should have it all back working. May have burnt the Alt up..???

If they hooked power to ground somewhere on a larger size wire... yeah, probably fried the diode trio in the alternator. That tractor, IIRC, has an internally regulated alternator... so the wires that go to the alt are a primary Bat wire, a ground, a charge indicator light and 1 or 2 wires that run through a battery temp sensor under the battery. That is also a quick place to look and make sure that that wire connection is not unhooked. Alternatively, you can jump that connection in the main harness to eliminate the sensor which often goes bad...

I found the plug battery temp. Next question does the hot wire the big one on ALt does it go straight to battery or starter or does it run to the fuse box first? They've got everything taped up with a mile or two of tape I hate to take it all loose if I don't have too. I don't have any juice on that wire and the ALT light don't come on unless I unplug light wire from it and ground it.

If you have no power on the large BAT wire at the alt, there is your first problem. I don't remember for sure how it's wired exactly, but I think it goes straight to the terminal on the starter. If it doesn't, it can as all it does is provide a primary connecting from the alt to the battery. IIRC, it's not fused in any way.
I would say... if the harness already looks hacked, your best bet is to open it up and find out what went wrong.
As far as the battery temp sensor goes... if you unhook the harness under the tray... I usually nip the wires off on the harness side and join them together with a butt connector. That's AFTER I know the temp sender is bad. Usually I'll just use a piece of wire or a couple of appropriate joiners to make a jumper to test it first. I guess if you wanted you could replace the temp sender under the battery. Probably 50-60 bucks or so and it's not a bad thing to have when it works... but I'm usually installing Delco alt's anyway and they have no function to use that device.
I call it a sender but it's actually a variable resistance device that limits field current in the alt to regulate the charge rate according to how hot the battery is getting.
