It popped right out rocking it.Now the bushing that came with the probe is to big to fit the head! The old bushing fit snug around the probe the new one is way loose,now what?
 

Your question is not quite making sense. you say that the bushing is both too loose and too tight.Does the bushing engage the threads and tighten? If not you could still have the flange of the bulb stuck in there. The bushing does not have to be tight to the capillary because the sealing takes place between the head and the rim of the bulb, no sealant needed. As someone stated be careful with the wrench due to the thinness of the nut.
 
No parts left in there. What im trying to describe
is the probe itself has a separate sleeve that comes
with it,and the new sleeves will not fit into the
head.So the threaded bushing cannot be inserted
enough to even start threading it in to the
head.Looks like rice grinder engineering!Unless i
can swage the new sleeve,looks like i,ll have to use
the old one. Thanks guys.
