I picked up an 860 for scrap price as part of a
multi tractor deal. It hadn't run in a few years,
the head was off to do a valve job that was never
completed. Block has a nasty weld job on it so I
changed out the engine for a K block 192 that I
had laying around. Except for a couple of minor
gasket leak it starts and runs good, even drove it
around the yard yesterday to make sure the tranny
was ok.
What I noticed when the clutch is half way up you
can hear slight clunk. This happen with both the
pto engaged or pto disengaged. It's a daul clutch.
I was think maybe one of the fingers is hanging
up. Any thoughts about this problem?
