anyone looking to buy a 9600?

Heading down to the Old Thresher's Reunion in Mt. Pleasant, IA Saturday morning I saw this Ford 9600. Rarely see Ford tractors so stopped in to take a peek. Looks like a good clean piece of iron... 4,930 hours, 10 front weights, 2 remotes, good tires, A/C is out on the cab, guy who traded it in no longer needed it for row crop. I have to say, neat looking tractor but think it'd look better without the cab.

Well I just called and talked to the guy and he was very rude. He is asking 11K for it :shock: . He said He would take $9900. I told him I bought one last summer for $6500 and he got snappy and hung up on me. I was surprised by his outburst hahaha.

Sounds like the Titan CaseIH dealer here. They had an old 460 gasser there. Looked OK but they were asking 6500 :shock:
