Lets see if this posts from my phone. Had to move the 941 away from the shop so I could do some work on my 99 f350

Smoke not too bad

Looks great from here! I see the rain cap open, don't see smoke.
I'd like to find one of those old diesels one of these days.
I'm afraid that I wouldn't use it enough to keep it in top shape.

That looks real nice! Beautiful job with the paint. One of Ford's best looking tractors ever, IMO.
As I get older, I would like to add one of those steps on mine. -Will

yep, she's running about 900 rpm right there.

you get a puff if you jack the throttle, and if you look close there is slight color to the exhaust.. but then I have gassers like that too that smoke worse out the breather.. :)

while i have used a couple of these diesels ( a 144 anyway. ).. i don't / havn't owned any. all were either for jobs or work I was at.. etc.

first time i tried it a couple ys ago.. it was junk IMHO.

now.. i believe they have changed it.

i like it.

went down easy...

their reducer costs more than naptha.. but .... it works..

Still an affordable paint too.

Their hardner seems to work about as good as Valspar Gardner, basin sun enamil, blue can, quik cure 803?, works the best of the 3, and I did test all of them. Have not figured out what their reducer is but it is on the slow side. It is not as slow as mineral spirits nor as fast as naptha, call it a medium near the green can full thane mason reducer, smells similar too, but not exactly the same. The fullthane will do alkyd/syn, and acrylic enamul, mason acrilic uses a more aggressive Gardner and doesn't like mineral spirits much. Typing from phone.. Ugh
