That is the casting/engineering number for a sleeveless 134 cu in block. If you look on the left side of the block just above the oil pan, up near the forward end you should find an intertwined CF which is the logo for Ford's Cleveland Foundry and will be followed by a date code similar to the assembly date code you found stamped on the transmission. The casting date code will be raised numerals and letters, not stamped. You will find a date code on all of the major components such as the block, head, trans housing, rear end center section housing and the hydraulic lift cover. If you can find those date codes and post them here I can tell you the exact day that those components were cast. It would be interesting to know if Ford was still continuing to cast the components for the 2000 Offset in 1966, 67 and 68 or if they were assembling these tractors from components that were cast in the 1963-64 time frame.

like I said this tractor has such thick paint it is a PIA to get the numbers. on the left side of the tranny I think there is a plate (?) that should have numbers but the numbers have vanished. I will try to get some others.

Even if the tractor has 5 coats of paint on it the raised casting numbers will be easily visible. Here is a photo of the casting date on the 5 speed trans in my 1958 851. It is located on the right side of the trans housing. 75Y translates to 1957, May, 24th.
