The 950 moved in a lil closer to take a peak this am apparrently! :)

Went out this am and put the front rims back on. chased the holes for the grill and eggcrate.. decided to wait to install and get new bolts... had to stop and feed the animals then head off to day job at that point.. so no more work on the 941 till tomorrow morning

I was thinking the same thing. The 950 is getting jealous of the 941 getting all the attention and snuck into the pic. Better spread some of that TLC around before it has a hissy fit. Probably thinking he could use a new set of red (paint) pants too.

i do think the 950 will be getting attention soon.

1, it needs new fronts. I'm missing a hand sized peice of rubber out of one front.. pitty too.. it was the better one. other one is dry and hard. so it's getting 2 new fronts by beginning of next mow season.. unless they let go this year.

2, it needs some more farmagic on the front steering pedistal.

It was wore slap out when i got it.. past slap out. like it was able to beat around it was soo loose. i did some welding and made up a few spacers and bushings and parts and packet it to hold grease.. and it's been good for thes past 4 years.. but this season I can tell it is needing some work as I can tell there is thrust wear/play back up front.

Dunno if I can wave the torch n welder over it again.. or if i will have to break down and find a better single piece front end.. or a 2 piece front end. one or the other is eventually gonna be in the cards.

that poor 950 is my weekly mowing tractor. As most of you know, in florida, you can mow for about 11 months out of the year.. :)

so these past 4 years that 950 has seen untold hours and acers of mowing!

One mroe thing I'll fess up.. I havn't even looked at the points since the day i brought her home and repalced and set them...

;)

I know that's prolly a shocker.. 4 yrs on points with no adjustment even.. and she starts ont he first roll of the starter... someone asked me if she had electronic ignition.. I said sure.. the ignition runs on electricity! :)
