where can I get controll valve parts for the pump on an 8n? local dealer states nla!!! P/N 8n640c, how do i know which color? and P/N 8n698e again no paint left how do i know which color? tractor is a 48, thanks in advance

Not sure I get your question. 8N640C is Yellow. So if you don't know what color it is/was, how do you know you need part number 8N640C? The same part in other colors were 8N640A2 in white, 8N640B in blue, 8N640D in green and 8N640E in orange. The parts site lists the various parts with the various final letter with the color reference, and it also lists specific sizes, so if you don't have any paint left to tell the color, you're going to have to get out your best micrometer and measure.
