Luke has been anxious, but not impatient, to work
on his tractor. He greased it last week, and we
found one bad and one missing zerk, so we replaced
those. We came home from the show in Almelund
Sunday with a 'new' upper grill. (Thanks, Jerry.
You made his day.) Luke wanted to put it in right
away yesterday morning. I pointed out that it was
raining. "Oh." Shortly after that, "Dad, it
stopped raining. Let's put the grill in!"
Turned out that the nose cone is missing one
mounting tab, but there was one attached to the
grill. I'll weld that in when we have the sheet
metal off. We'll do some straightening then too,
so the grill is a better fit.
