FORD 7710 LOADER VALVE

Hi I'm putting a Loader valve on a 89 Ford 7710 tractor and I've got a CCLS Valve but I can't find the Shuttle TEE Valve for the sensing line, the number I have is NH 83954424, the dealership for my area says that they haven't got one and didn't know when they could get one that they are on backorder and I can't find one on the internet. Any Ideas Thanks

Try and get one for a newer model tractor like a TS90 or just about any model that used CCLS remotes in more than 2 pair. The part will be the same other than the thread unions... and those don't really matter if you're making it up anyway. All the part is... is a block with two ball seats and one ball that rolls back and forth depending on what way the oil is flowing.

Hi Rod thanks for the Reply, we couldn't find a shuttle valve for the TS90 but did find one for the 7740, do you think it would work? Your right about me not being worried about the plumbing part as long as it operates the valve alright. The thing that's worrying me is that it is about 1/4 the cost of the other one not that the lower price bothers me I'm good with that just as long as it works. :D

They're all the same basic valve other than the fittings. If you can get one cheaper, go with it.

Hi the valve that I'm go to use is a Prince 20 Series CCLS and I I've bought the shuttle valve for a 7740 and am hoping it will work, I haven't had a chance to install them yet. I didn't try Alexanders but I did just check out their site. Thanks

Hi I put the loader valve on the tractor today the plumbing took longer then I would of liked but that was mostly due to getting the right fittings, seems like you can have every fitting but the right one. but its on and hooked up. I mounted the valve midmount and ran the remote joystick into the cab, everything works great I'm glad I went ahead and done it right with the CCLS valve and all, it cost a little more but it's done right and there to stay. Thanks again for the help, I've worked quite a bit with hydraulics but this was my first experience with a CCLS system. Again Thanks
