the front side weights weigh 210 pounds each with no place to hook a hoist onto. How do you remove and replace these? they bolt on but there must be a way to hold them while removing the bolts and then again to replace them. thanks

Most chin and side weights have either line up pins or they
have bushings welded around the hole that fit in recesses
In the frame to help . Looking on the ford new holland parts
site, it looks like there might be a lip that rest on the frame to
help hold the up. Be very careful, good way to loose a finger or
toe!

I know nothing about 545 weights. However, a similar weight on a 555/655 has a half inch hole in the front and rear edge of the casting. The hole is not threaded but you slip a bolt into the hole and grab the bolt with a chain. Check your weights for a hole in the front and rear edge of the weight.

You could also cut the heads off a couple of 6" bolts and thread them into the subframe in place of the bolts that retain the weight. The weight will slide out and away from the subframe and you can get a strap around it.
