jubilee has delayed hydralic lift

I just bought a jubilee, the tractor when left sitting for more than 20 min will have a delayed hydraulic response. The lever is moved up and it takes the system about a min to react. Once the system is started it can work flawlessly, the system will even hold the shredder all night and only drop an inch. The lift will pick up the shredder and my dad and I on it. I'm thinking the system is loosing prime. It has a couple leaks on exterior but nothing major. Any help or leads would be great thanks guys.

Check the o rings where the lines come out of the belly of the
tractor. Mine did the same thing and replacing those o rings
solved the problem.

piston pump?

if you are real lucky. it may be the plumbing orings. if not lucky.. shaft seal...

It has a piston pump, I'm hoping its an oring or something like simple. I'm going to replace all that I can with out any major overhauls.
