7710 Loader Valve

Hi there, I have a 7710 tractor that I"ve had for quite a while and I love it but the loader works off the tractors remotes. It only has 2 sets of remotes so when I have to hook up to something I have to rob a set of remotes from the loader. I"d like to hook up a spare loader valve I have for the loader my question is what would be the best way to plumb it into the tractor. Thanks
 
What you need is a CCLS (Closed Center LOAD SENSING) control valve, a tee for the main supply line from the priority valve pack, a SHUTTLE check tee for the load sensing line (available from a NH dealer) and a tee into the return line. Mount the CCLS valve at the mid section somewhere, control it with a cable joystick that you mount in a place of your choosing... then do the plumbing. Keep in mind that you do not want an open center, tandem center or closed center valve... ONLY a CCLS/PFC type valve. Once this is plumbed it will function exactly as the present ones do except you'll have the rear remotes freed up...
I would recommend that if you can't buy a used Ford/Rexroth remote kit and you don't want to shell for a new Rexroth... then find a GOOD local hydraulics supplier who is familiar with CCLS hydraulic systems... and that may be a TALL order.

Hi RodInNS, I have another question for you will a PRINCE 20 SERIES VALVE W/LOAD SENSE DA CYL work. If so Surplus Center has it Item Number: 9-20-2-LS. They have 3 different choices, one with "spring center" another with "Detented Section" and the last is with "Float Section". I'm not sure which would be best for a frontend loader. Thanks
 
I have 2 10 series tractors with CCLS remotes, and am running loaders with open center valves fed from one of the CCLS remotes. It works fine! The only thing is if you want to have satisfactory operation of equipment with the other valve, you will need to place the remote feeding the loader in neutral!
