hydraulic seal blowing out

My Ford 7000 has started blowing a hydraulic oring seal where the banjo bolt connects the remote connector onto the cover (hydraulic control box) under the seat. I never had a problem until the last couple of weeks and now it has happened 3 times while using a pull behind swather.

My guess is it is building too much pressure when I lift or lower the swather. What is the most likely problem?

I doubt it's a pressure issue. It's more likely an incorrect seal issue. Which seal is it blowing out, 18 or 19? #18 should be a square cut seal as I recall. Are you using the correct seals?

18, the one closest to control box.

I am using one that matched the one I took off. It is just a round oring. By square cut, I assume you mean it has flat faces on it.
