Ok I'll bite. I've looked at those photos 3 times now.
At first I thought they might be 12.4 on one side and 13.6 on the other. But this morning I'm not so sure. What are you seeing that I don't?

They're a bit wider than stock, but I've seen wider ones on a 4 cylinder 2000, which is basically the same tractor.

To me they appear to be standard diameter for a 13.6x28 but man are they W I D E!

I took this picture in Winamac, IN a couple years ago.

I figure these would have great flotation.
Not so sure about traction, but hey......
