CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THE LOCK OUT VALVE ON THE 851 DOES.HAS ADJUSTMENT, WHY! HOW DOES THE OPERATOR KNOW IT'S IN NEED OF ADJUSTMENT. FOR ISTANCE IF HIS TAIL GATE COMES OPEN, DOES THIS VALVE PLAY A PART?

For a easy check try reversing the hydraulic lines that are plugged into the tractor. This fixed my 851 tailgate problem. don't know if it will help yours.
