throttle adjustment on 3000 w zenith carb

does anyone have the all the adjustments that need to be made on a 3000 gas with zenith carb? the throttle hand is really tight and hard to give the tractor feul

Governor adjustment procedures for the OEM Holley set up are in the Ford owners manual. Should be no difference due to installation of Zenith carburetor.

would the throttle return spring be why the throttle is so tight, I have the shop manual, just go by it for governor adjustment?
