carburetor on 860 ford

need help adjustments on my tsx 593 carburetor on my 860 ford tractor I was thinking it was 1 1/2 turns on each adjustment

All engines are different. There is no "correct" setting.

That said, 1 1/2 turns out of the main adj screw should be close enough to run. Final adjustment must be done under load.

Most likely you will find that the idle mixture screw has little or no effect due to leakage between the throttle shaft and the bore. If so, turn it all the way in and live with it.
