7600 Hydraulic oil cooler lines

I am looking for some advice on 7600 row crop without dual power. My dad bought this tractor at an auction and I am trying to figure out more about the hydraulic oil cooler lines and how they should be hooked up. When he bought it, there is only one steel line coming from the rear end of the tractor and where it would normally hook up to the cooler, someone jammed a bolt in there and tightened a couple of hose clamps on there. The cooler is bolted in the nose peice but isn't hooked to anything. The other steel line must be missing. I am trying to figure out the best way to resolve this.

New Holland's parts website should have an exploded view of the parts, as well as part numbers. (prices too, if you put in your local dealer...be sitting down when you see the prices on low-volume parts like this!!)
I didn't think 7600's had trans. oil coolers if they didn't have Dual Power. Maybe it was removed?
Maybe you already knew this, but the 7600 rowcrop was only built in '76. It was replaced in '77 by the 7700. (same for the 6600 rowcrop...replaced by the 6700)

I looked on the New Holland website and all I could find were drawings of tractors with dual power. I know there is a cooler in the front because I can see it in there, and the only way the tractor ever would have had dual power would be if the previous owners replaced the transmission because the case definetly was not made for dual power. We also have a 1975 7000 row crop that does have dual power. They're almost a matched pair.

How many holes are drilled into the RH side of the transmission case, below the steering box? Should be two. What do you see inside of the larger hole?

Attached is the picture of the lube tubes. Item #62 in the second pic is the lube manifold inside the trans. Pipe nipple #11 from the first pic should screw into that.

There aren"t any holes on the right hand side of the transmission case under the steering column. I am familiar with that setup because that is what our 7000 row crop has. This 7600 is basically the same tractor but the 7000 has dual power and the 7600 does not.

Then I would suspect that someone has put a different tranny in it at some point in the past. ALL 7600s should be pressure lubed, Dual Power or not.

What are the numbers stamped on the top RH side of the front trans case? Maybe it's a 5000 tranny? What about casting numbers on the tranny? A 7600 should start with something like D5NN....

I will take a look when I get home from work. I looked at it last night after chores and there are some differences in the hydraulic oil filter base on the 7600 and our 7000.
