Probably going to need the engine rebuilt. Still has the blue painted spin-on OIL FILTER from when the engine was painted a LOOOONG time ago.

MAbey... mabey not. They did sell blue filters for a long time. If someone had a box of them they could go a long way...

The filter in those pictures clearly has some sort of white lettering printed on top of the blue paint, so I would think that it just happens to be blue, not that it was painted blue when the engine was painted.

I agree. Looks like a Ford 300 Dual filter. We used
to buy a bunch of those at a time...we were using
them quite a while after Ford Tractor Operations was
gone.

As far as being a good deal...maybe...twin sticks,
wheel weights and p/s, but turf tires, no drawbar,
gas (may not be an issue for you), and an
aftermarket cab with poor visibility and small
doors.

Didn't we see this tractor here before?
I'm sure it was talked about here - or somewhere.
If a guy had the dough to set it up and use it just for winter work it would make a great snow plow tractor.
