66 ford 2000 3 cyl

it would but the po used too much force to install and my 7/16" is a little loose for the lower plug.
I can't find any square head wrenches that will snug it up and I cant get an adjustable on there without concerning slippage.
 
It's just a 1/8" pipe plug.
I would put a vise grip on it to remove it then buy a new one the next time I was at Home Depot or the hardware store. Probably cost all of 75 cents - just so I didn't look like a complete hack.

I respect your input. You remind me of my dad, a machinist and he always got things to work. Sometimes it just took a little imagination.
