Ford 3000 3 pt won't raise

I was running a 3pt seeder tonight on ford 3000 when I lowered it to refill it would not raise back up. I checked oil level and its good,I worked the remote and it feels like that puts pressure on hyd lines. I flipped the draft lever without effect. I haven"t done anything else yet. Any suggestions on where to start? Its a 1972 diesel about 3400 hours. Thanks Rich W

No expert here but to come on so suddenly like that I would think something in the control linkage came loose. Or a stuck valve.

Rich Wright,
If you have 2 remotes, check the handle for the other remote. I bumped a handle one time and because the remotes get pressure first, that starved the 3 pt. Scratched my head for a while on that one.

Could one of the disconnects have come loose? I would help to check each one.

Thanks for comments.
It only has one remote, I plan to double check tonite by hooking a remote cylnder to it to make sure its pumping oil. Any suggestions on what all I have to disassemble to check the linkage on the 3pt? Just take remote valve off which sits on top of case? Is there an inspection plate?
I"ll keep you posted once i get home tonight and start into it.

You have to pull the entire cover and turn it over to do anything with the linkage. I went through my 2000 last spring.
