I'm wondering which model 4000 they used to put the 3000 front end on. Except for some of the Utility/Industrials most of the 4000s did not have the casting on the side of the tranny for the radius rods.
The 4600s and variants did though.
I was going to build a 4410/SU type tractor a couple of years ago but couldn't because of no socket there.
I do like the short, low size of the SUs however.
My answer to it was this 4400 I'm putting together. About the same WB and height as a SU but much simpler front end and steering. I'll lose some front ground clearance compared to the 3000s and SUs but over all a good give and take.
