Mysterious Fuel Leak Source Discovered

A week or so ago I posted a question regarding fuel leaking from the manifold on my 961D.

The source of the fuel is not from something funky going on with the pump, slobber, or a faulty manifold gasket. Turns out I have a dripping fuel shut-off valve under the tank. Drips just a little bit. And just enough to make a mess of my new paint job.

Does anyone have any experience/tips rebuilding these?

did what awhtx did last year, used his photo prompts to guide me through, worked great, still working good and have 10 life times supply of oi-rings :)

I don't, sadly. Been wanting to get a subscription for several years, but $25 always falls under play money which more often than not is in short supply. I've seen back issues and it's a great publication. Maybe this year I'll get one.

What issue did you do the write-up for the rebuild?

Got a very quick reply from Rob. Back issue was half the cost of a full year sub., so I made the leap :) Looking forward to receiving the first issue. I know you and Bruce contribute fairly frequently. Thank you!
