I have a 10' int. wheel disc, a little much for my 52hp 4000 in this red land. I can trade it for a 7' ford flex disc, but never used one. If any of you have, how do you like it? Note that I only want to used it as a leveling disc, I have a 5' off set taylor-way for cutting.

Only thing I can say is that they kind of just free float, which maybe what the ford engineers were going after.

Sometimes I like to put more pressure on the back gang or left/right side, hard to do with this disc.

Best small disc I ever used was a 7 or 8 ft Taylorway, what a heavy good cutting little disc.

I have an 8' Flex O Hitch that I use with my 3000.
It is not a heavy, cutting disc, more of a finishing disc but works fine for my purposes - gardens and deer plots.
The frame is probably too light to add much weight to it without cracking it up.
A 4000 ought to play with a 7'.
