My 4610 has an ongoing problem with sluggish power steering, sometimes it works good and sometimes it gets really stiff. It doesn"t have any tight spots and works the same left or right, pump squeals when turned all the way to lock. Changed the filter twice in last 6 months, doesn"t make a difference. Do you think it"s the pump or in the pedestal?
