Seems to be the time everyone is having their issues, guess I may as well add mine. I have an 801 and the arms drift down under load. I use the tractor on a brush hog and I cannot keep the front of the mower out of the dirt. The draft lever is horizontal which I believe is "Position". The lift control does not drift down. This happens only under load, the arms themselves do not drift down unloaded and under normal operation. They do drift down after sitting for a while and I feel that is natural.

Do you have a service manual? There could be a couple causes, one being a new oring and backup washer for the cylinder. The I&T FO-20 has a pretty good hydro section.

That is where I would start. Most likely will need to pull the top cover off. Beware it is darn heavy! Repairs are easy, however.

Had a dumb moment, kept thinking about how to put a gauge wheel on the front of the mower, never thought about chaining up the arms. That may be my short run solution. I am retiring in 8 days, have more time (hopefully) for a correct fix after that.

so the mower drops under laod, and the 3pt control does not move.

if you dropt he control and re-lift it does it come back up.

or does it start getting weak when hot.. or?

Mower responds to the control lever, I use the depth stop on the control. When it goes down, I can raise it and put it back to the stop and within seconds it sags down again. All the way up it is fine, never drops. I only have problems in the "control range".
