2000 injector leakoff fitting help

I had a fuel leak from one of the leakdown hoses at the top of one of the injectors. I ended up finding the banjo fitting had one of the little metal tubes half broken off. I checked the New Holland parts site & it says that the fitting is not serviced.

I'm guessing that that means it might come with a new injector, but I hate getting another injector for just a fitting. Does anybody know where I can find just the fitting or know of
some other Plan B ?

I would help if we knew if 3 cyl or 4 cyl. Sounds like 3 cyl. The leakoff line comes as a assembly. Has banjos and tube put together. The p/n D9NN9A564GB. If I looked it up rite.
 
Yes it is a 3 cyl , early 1969. I saw a picture of the part on Ebay & it looks like it might work. When I looked up the part on NH I just looked at the breakdown in the R/s corner. I thought the line they showed was the same Rubber hose I already had. Thank you for the help !
