Hydrallic won"t work at all. Prime pump and that still didn"t do anything.. Someone said there a valve that could be stuck.. Does anyone have a picture or a diagram to show me where this valve is... I"m going to change the fluid to see if that helps...Should I use 90 weight Fluid ? How mush Fluid does this unit hold ? Thanks for your help...

One of the best thing you can do is buy the FO-20 I-T manual so you have pictures to go by. As for the fluid you need a fluid that meets the Ford 134D spec and it is not a 90 weight oil by the way which is to thick for hyds. As for looking for things pull the inspection plate the one with the dip stick for checking your hyd fluid and look inside and see what maybe stuck

If you will type "unloading valve" and "unloader valve" in the Search For box at the top of the page you will get hundreds of responses and I am certain that many of them include photos. And you will need FO-20 when you get ready to rebuild your lift control system.

changing oil right now is a waste of time.. and 90wt is a no-no. use utf fluid.

first.

was the machine even pumping. you didn't tell us if you had oil at that port or not.

untill you get a service manual.. AND tell us what you observed when you primed the pump.. you may be going int he wrong direction. for instance. if you got NO oil out of the plug on the pump after priming.. then pulling the top cover is NOT the next step.

I'll agree with the others, Universal Transmission Fluid in the hydraulic sump.

For the valve that often sticks, this picture of the underside of the top cover may help. See unloader valve.

Use UTF meeting the 134d spec as per this CNH chart.
