I have a ford NAA that was getting hard to steer. Now I can barely steer when the wheels are turning. Steers a little easier to the right. Today I jacked it up off the ground and it is still very hard to turn the steering wheel to the right, even harder to turn to the left. Any suggestions as to what I should do to fix this problem. Any help would be appreciated and I thank you for any help or ideas you may have.

Sounds like a typical case of the upper thrust bearing in the steering box is shot. Does the steering wheel rise up when turning left?
