ford 4600 pto reverser

I recently bought a 4600. I did not realize at the time that i needed pto that went in reverse, but my soft hose irrigation traveller unwinds in reverse, and doing it manually takes a couple hours. I've seen a few references to a "pto reverser." Anyone have any idea if such a creature really exists and where i might find one?

The only PTO reverser from Ford would be the tractors with the SOS trans and ground drive PTO. A 4600 does not fall into that era.

There seems to be quite a market for PTO reversers for the gray market Japanese tractors, as their PTO's often run in the opposite direction as the standard PTO's on tractors sold here. They are just an external gearbox with a splined hole on one side and a splined shaft on the other, and a single pair of gears so that the output shaft spins in the opposite direction from the input hole, so if you can find one that has the proper sized hole and shaft and the proper number of splines you should be fine. It doesn't have to be specific to your model of tractor.
