I'm glad you bought that plow. I've seen 2 of them on sale bills this spring, but have never seen one in person. I see you also picked up a single front wheel and lower pedistal. What tractor is going to become a (true) trike?
Some of the salvage yards around here have closed. It's a two hour drive each way to the closest one to me now. I kinda envy you guys that get to go poking around in them.

It seems to be a pretty neat plow and I had never seen one before. Did they make many of these? I am presuming it is 16 inch plow but will check shortly. There were two trike single tire front ends sitting there and I bought them to resell. I have a 901 but will not be putting one of these on it.

Our family homestead has 160 acres that have been converted to prairie grass and wooded areas for wildlife. My father now retired maintains it and we plant food plots, mow, etc. I am trying to get to the point where he has a tractor an implement and we are getting close. I work on them and get them ready and deliver them to him about 3 hours away. I pick up as many parts and etc as I can, keep the best, and sell the duplicates or other on ebay or however to fund the other stuff. While I sell a lot of stuff, I mainly just enjoy messing with the Fords and love the hunt. There is something neat about fighting off horseflies digging through weeds and finding a nice complete cyclone precleaner on a destroyed hood. I was off yesterday and spent a whole day scavenging through a tractor yard in the sandhills. It doesn't get much better than that. Water and a small set of tools.
