ford 600 hydraulic problem

I have a model 600 that has been leaking from the packing of the lift cylinder for the bucket for some time now.. it wont tighten any more so ive been meaning to have the cylinder re packed. the other day when I was using the bucket I noticed it would not go all the way down and it appeared the leaky cylinder was the culprit. I was using it today and when I pulled the lever to bring the bucket up it went down. could this be a very bad packing problem or should I focus my attention elsewhere. the tilt cylinder works fine

this ins't a 600 hyd problem.. this is a loader external cyl prblem.

if you have blown packing.. take it to a hyds shop and get it fixed. done deal.

then with that done. you can evaluate the valving.

if noting else you can aim hose sinto buckets nad pull levers and see if the correct lines pressurize at the correct time..e tc.
