If discs are clean and sharp, spin when you toe them, ....

Both prices are common down here. Issue is always was it maintained.
I always figured it as what do the discs and some of the bearings cost me locally. Figure what crappy ready for the scrap metal pile bottom line is, then add in new discs. If its between that price and same with replacing bearing housings too, then its a winner.
My time not added to the above costs makes or breaks the deal usually. Farmerized workmanship isn't my style. I can buy a new piece for cheaper than fixing other peoples mistakes most of the time.
