what would the hydro pump press be at the pump and back on the plate under the seat? the hydro
will not raise or lower the 3pt hitch. already replaced o-rings and gasket under the hyd plate
under the seat, will still not work, try to ck the pump next. any help would be appreciated thanks.

Did you replace the o-ring on the unloader valve with a new one from NH?

Do not know the extra number but should be around 2000PSI give or take a bit.

Pressure will only be there when the flow is being restricted. You normally need to chain the lift arms down to read the pressure at the pump or at the option plate, but since the arms aren't lifting that won't work.
